Pampas grass stems are an absolute must have! There’s no wonder the world is going crazy for them at the moment.

These gorgeous grasses are a golden/beige/griege tone, however these shades really can vary due to being a natural product. Each stem measures in at approximately 115cm in length, which is inclusive of a 60-70cm plume. Stems can easily be trimmed with a pair of sheers, should you wish to change the length.

It’s completely normal for your pampas grass to shed – please don’t worry! Also, we ask that you keep in mind that no two stems are ever the same, but that is the beauty of a natural product.

We have provided a handful of tips below that we recommend for you to follow; these will enable you to keep your stems looking beautiful for years to come.

Lead time

2-3 week lead time. The lead times we give are purely down to the high volume of orders we receive on a daily basis.

So much love goes into every single order, and as you can imagine keeping on top of orders can be tricky when only being a 2 woman team! There may be times when your order is dispatched before this timeframe, however we do like to play it safe.

We like to think that your order won’t be delayed after it reaches the logistics team, however sometimes it can happen - for instance Bank Holidays, Public Holidays etc. Unfortunately these events are completely out of our control, but we will always do our upmost to track your parcel if you have an issues regarding this. We do ask that you allow 1 week from your expected delivery date before contacting us.

If you require your order for a special occasion please do contact us prior to placing your order. We may be able to get your order packed and dispatched in time. We can’t promise we’ll be able to fulfil your request, but we will try our very best! Please give plenty of notice, if you can.

Care Guide

1. Give each stem a good shake outside; this will allow any excess plume shedding to drop.

2. For a fuller, fluffier look a hairdryer can be used on a low speed. Avoid using a high heat as the plumes are delicate. Keep it warm-ish at all times! If you’d prefer not to use a hairdryer leaving them in sunlight for 24 hours is absolutely fine

3. Once you’ve styled your pampas in your favourite vase we recommend spraying a light mist of hairspray over the plumes. Not only will it keep them in place but keep the shedding at bay too!

4. Here’s to making your life easier, your pampas does not need water!

5. Every 6-12 months give your pampas a shake outside to get rid of any accumulated dust. To maintain fullness we advise giving them another mist of hairspray
